Do you know the watershed that produced your food? Experience the relationship between healthy forests, clean water, and extraordinary food.
Join us in the practice of kitchening. In preparation for dinner the following night, we will be preparing indigenous ingredients using indigenous methods. Infusing fats, grinding salts, soaking and simmering....we will be transforming ingredients to create flavor layers. We'll also be learning a little about how plants interact with the body.
